Start at the supply counter

Bring the plan, conditions, and finish goal.

A product name is only part of a safe order. Tell Treasure State Concrete, Inc. what is being built, the approved mix or specification, exposure and weather, intended finish, square footage or quantity, and the products already planned for the system.

Inventory changes. Confirm current stock before traveling or scheduling work. Product selection, compatibility, dosage, surface preparation, application, cure time, personal protective equipment, and disposal must follow the current manufacturer TDS and SDS and the approved project documents.

Euclid support for Type IL concrete

Manage the surface—do not chase it with water.

Concrete made with Type IL cement can behave differently at the surface and may crust or show plastic-shrinkage cracking when wind, sun, heat, low humidity, finishing timing, or rapid moisture loss are working against the placement. Those conditions require a planned crew, placement rate, finishing sequence, evaporation control, and curing method.

Ask Treasure State Concrete, Inc. about approved Euclid options such as EUCOSHIELD in the mix and EUCOBAR on the surface. Do not add water, chemicals, color, or any other material to the concrete unless the supplier, manufacturer instructions, and project requirements permit it. A finishing aid is not a curing compound; specify and perform the required cure separately.

Solomon Colors + BRICKFORM

Approve the color before the truck is loaded.

Online charts and printed chips are starting points—not a promise that placed concrete will match a screen or sample exactly. Cement, aggregate, mix design, water content, admixtures, loading, batching, weather, finishing, curing, sealer, and maintenance can all change the final appearance.

Keep the mix, color loading, source materials, slump, placement, finishing, cure, and sealer consistent. Pour and approve a representative test slab before the project. For stamped work, plan the base color, BRICKFORM Color Hardener or integral color, Antique Release, texture, wash timing, and compatible sealer as one system. Acid stains react with the actual surface and produce intentionally varied results, so test the actual concrete first.

Never add unapproved water, calcium chloride, pigment, admixture, finishing chemical, or other material at the truck or slab. Use only the approved products, quantities, and procedures for the selected system.

Bundles of reinforcing steel rebar

From forms to finish

Footing setup, washout, culvert, reinforcing, fabric, and tools.

Reinforcing

Rebar, welded wire reinforcement commonly called fabric or wire mesh, rebar tie wire, and bar-support products such as rebar chairs, slab bolsters, and concrete dobies.

Forming

Concrete form snap ties, wedges, wall ties, and related forming accessories. Bring the wall thickness, forming system, plans, or a sample so the correct item can be confirmed.

AccuFooting footing braces

AccuFooting H-Braces and V-Braces support footing form boards and reinforcing placement. Nominal 16-, 18-, 20-, and 24-inch sizes are available through the product line; confirm the type, footing width, approved plan, installation requirements, quantity, and current stock before ordering.

Preformed expansion and contraction joint filler and related placement supplies. Joint layout, depth, spacing, sealant compatibility, and structural requirements belong to the project designer or approved plan.

Road & sitework

Road fabric and geotextile products for approved roadway, drainage, stabilization, and separation scopes. Confirm the specified class and intended application before purchasing.

Culvert pipe

Culvert pipe is available for driveway approaches and drainage crossings. Bring the approved plan or road-authority requirements, diameter, length, loading and application details, delivery location, and schedule so Treasure State Concrete, Inc. can confirm the current product and availability. Product sale does not include installation unless it is separately reviewed and agreed in writing.

Tools

Forming, reinforcing, placing, finishing, stamping, surface-preparation, and repair tools for concrete work—from layout and tying through final finish and cleanup.

Temporary concrete washout tubs

Ask about temporary washout tubs for contained concrete-truck and pump cleanup. Availability, capacity, placement, access, service, pickup, disposal responsibilities, and project requirements must be confirmed before delivery.

Treasure State Concrete, Inc. washdown policy

A designated washdown area on private property, approved by the property owner, must be arranged before delivery. Washdown is not permitted on streets, shoulders, sidewalks, gutters, rights-of-way, storm drains, ditches, waterways, or other public property. Ask us to include a temporary washout tub in the project discussion when suitable containment is not already available.
