Concrete pump and mixer working together at a Montana project

Precast concrete

Precast concrete products in Polson, Montana.

Treasure State Concrete, Inc. manufactures select precast products and sources or resells additional precast items when the reviewed plans, specification, quantity, and schedule fit the available solution.

A reviewed product path

We will determine whether to make it or source it.

Precast work depends on more than a familiar product name. Send the actual plan detail, dimensions, reinforcement and performance requirements, finish, quantity, delivery location, and requested date. Treasure State Concrete, Inc. will review the request before confirming a manufacturing or resale path.

This page is not a stock-product catalog. No product, dimension, reinforcement, capacity, finish, price, lead time, delivery, handling, or setting service is confirmed until it appears in the accepted quotation or order documents.

What to send for review

Give the team enough information to price the real item.

Plans or sketch

Send the plan detail, dimensioned sketch, or clear photo showing what the precast item must do and how it connects to the work.

Dimensions & openings

Include overall dimensions, thicknesses, penetrations, embeds, lifting points, bearing areas, tolerances, and field conditions that affect fit.

Design requirements

Provide the approved specification and any engineer-required strength, reinforcement, exposure, finish, testing, submittal, or certification requirements.

Quantity & schedule

Confirm the total quantity, requested date, sequencing, and whether approval drawings or other lead-time steps must occur before production.

Handling & delivery

Describe site access, unloading equipment, rigging plan, storage area, delivery sequence, and who is responsible for setting and final installation.

Scope and responsibility

Confirm every handoff in writing.

The accepted order must identify the product, dimensions, reinforcement and specification requirements, finish, quantity, lead time, submittal and approval responsibilities, pickup or delivery, unloading, storage, lifting, rigging, setting, connections, grouting, sealing, and final installation scope.

For sourced or resold products, the third-party manufacturer's approved submittals, product literature, limitations, warranty, and lead times apply. The project designer and installer remain responsible for design adequacy, code compliance, foundations and connections, safe rigging and setting, and final installation unless a written agreement expressly assigns a different scope.

Do not fabricate openings, modify reinforcement, drill, cut, lift, or install a precast item based only on a website description. Use the approved product documents and project plans.

Precast request
