- Once a delivery vehicle enters the delivery address or job site it is the responsibility of the owner of said property or person who made the order to direct the truck through verbal or visual signals. Any damage caused while directing a delivery vehicle is the responsibility of the one directing said vehicle.
- All customers are responsible for their own safety when working with materials provided by Treasure State Concrete. In general, when handling asphalt or concrete: wear long sleeves, gloves, and safety glasses.It is the customer’s responsibility to request and read the manufacturer’s guidelines for material handling. We strongly recommend reading these guidelines before performing concrete work.
- Delivery is billed either by the hour or by the amount of material purchased and the distance to the delivery site. Quotes provided over the phone prior to an order are simply an estimate for the benefit of the customer and are not meant to be binding.
