About Us
Founded by Douglas Rehbein, Treasure State Concrete, Inc. is a family-owned business operated by three generations of Rehbein’s and Flathead Valley locals alike. 
TSC started out with crushing and trucking, then expanded to make and deliver concrete and asphalt. Eventually, the owner took years of experience as an owner and former operator at riverside contracting to establish his own earthwork and paving operations.
Today we provide work for public, commercial, and private jobs alike.
Charitable Contributions
- 4H: purchased beef from 4H on an annual basis for decades.
- Charity work for the City of Polson:
Provided and spread ¾” Chips at Pomajevich Field in Polson 2025
Employment
Hiring: CDL truck drivers, dispatchers, hot plant operators, site equipment operator, paver operator.
Other applicants will be hired as needed.

ICF Blocks: Insulated Concrete Form (ICF) blocks have become one of the most reliable and energy‑efficient building materials in modern construction. Built from rigid foam panels that interlock like building blocks, ICF systems create a hollow form that is later filled with reinforced concrete.
Crushed Products: Sand Crush, Clay Crush, Recycle, Sanding Material, Plant Mix, Bas, Millings, Natural Fines.
Washed Products: Pea Gravel. Double Washed Rock, Concrete Rock, Drain Rock, Oversize, Electrical Sand, Filtration Sand, Masonry Sand

Asphalt Paving: Treasure State Concrete’s onsite asphalt plant assures quality control of all materials and provides customers from Kalispell to Missoula with on time delivery. Our talented concrete construction crew can also prepare your site for paving, crossing off one more thing from your contractor‘s list.
Concrete: Treasure State Concrete offers all variety of concrete related products from gloves to rebar to ICF-Logix blocks. Colored concrete additives are also available for a variety of applications. If we do not have a product in stock, we will order it for you.
Construction Division: Treasure State Construction can crush rock for highway projects, or major building projects anywhere in Montana. As contractors for concrete, we are proud to offer the state of Montana quality concrete construction materials.
Gravel: Treasure State Concrete delivers the materials you need where you want them and when you need them, making us a trusted source for aggregate production and delivery throughout the region. With an onsite crusher pit and a fleet of eight dump trucks, we are equipped to handle even the most demanding aggregate requirements.
Earthwork: Treasure State Construction is a trusted leader in road building and earthwork, delivering high‑quality results across the Mission Valley and beyond. With decades of hands‑on experience, our team understands the unique demands of Montana’s terrain—from rocky hillsides to soft valley soils—and applies proven techniques to ensure every project begins with a stable, well‑engineered foundation.
